Cost for the initial performance per trip is $2,500, plus estimated expenses (Gary lives in a somewhat remote part of California).  Additional performances occurring on the same or consecutive days are $1,500 each.

When flying, transportation to and from the airport is requested.

If the client cancels a booked performance, or a performance is not possible due to weather issues, reimbursement will still be expected for non-refundable expenses already incurred, such as purchased airline tickets, etc.
